AGROMOL User Policy

1. Account Registration and Security

Eligibility: To create an account, users must be at least 18 years old.

Account Information: Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including valid contact details.

Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities conducted under their accounts.

Multiple Accounts: Users are allowed only one account per person/business unless otherwise permitted.

Account Suspension/Termination: AGROMOL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating platform policies or engaging in fraudulent activities.

2. Product Listings and Content

Accuracy: Sellers must ensure that all product listings are accurate, truthful, and up-to-date, including descriptions, images, and prices.

Prohibited Products: The sale of counterfeit, illegal, or hazardous products is strictly prohibited.

Product Categories: Sellers should categorize their products correctly to enhance searchability and provide a smooth user experience.

Image and Content Ownership: Sellers retain ownership of the images and content they upload but grant AGROMOL permission to use these materials for platform-related purposes (e.g., promotion).

3. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

Order Processing: Sellers must promptly acknowledge and fulfill orders to maintain trust and efficiency on the platform.

Cancellations and Refunds: Both sellers and buyers should adhere to AGROMOL's cancellation and refund policies. In cases of order discrepancies or undelivered items, refunds may be issued as per platform rules.

4. Payments

Payment: Please be notified that payments for goods supplied accordingly will be made on delivery to the customer. Ensure and confirm exact payment for goods supplied are made prompltly.

5. Buyer-Seller Communication

Engagement: Sellers are encouraged to respond to buyer inquiries promptly and professionally. Good communication fosters trust and may lead to and repeated business.

Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes between buyers and sellers, both parties should attempt to resolve the issue amicably. AGROMOL’s support team may intervene if necessary.

6. Platform Use and User Conduct

Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in any fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive practices, including selling counterfeit goods, misrepresenting products, or spamming.

Platform Integrity: Any attempt to manipulate or undermine the platform’s systems (e.g., fake reviews, price manipulation) will result in penalties, including account suspension or permanent bans.

Legal Compliance: Users must comply with all local and international laws related to their transactions on the platform.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal Information: AGROMOL is committed to protecting user data and will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

Data Security: AGROMOL implements standard security measures to protect user data, but users are advised to follow best practices for online security (e.g., using strong passwords).

8. Account Closure

Voluntary Closure: Users may close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support.

Involuntary Closure: Accounts that violate AGROMOL’s policies may be closed without prior notice in cases of fraud or policy violations.

9. Modifications to the Policy

AGROMOL reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes and updated terms.
